A Tradition of Sweet Heritage and Tradition
The story of Exotic Caribbean Delights is woven with love, tradition, and a deep-rooted connection to our Caribbean heritage. We’ve been cooking and baking since we were 8 years old, back when recipes didn’t just tell you what to do, but even how many hand strokes it took to whip a proper cake (usually 200+). Much of our passion for the kitchen, along with many of our cherished recipes and techniques, comes from our late brother, a professional chef and baker whose culinary artistry continues to inspire us today.
From humble beginnings in a family kitchen to a licensed commissary, our bakery celebrates the flavors of Barbados through joy-infused bakes. We use traditional Barbadian recipes, ingredients, and techniques to bring a true taste of the islands to everything we create.
